Air Jordan

Hi, Jesus. Am I late for the baptism? BEHOLD EVERYONE!!! A white dove, the divine sign!!!

And then he totally steals my show!!! Makes it all about him!!!

It was my event, my lightshow, my sound effects, my idea!!! What's so religious about two dudes splashing water anyway?

what’s with the blasphemy obsession? it gets tiresome after a while. and stops being funny.

  8. theTudor @ October 20, 2008 at 10:29 am

What blasphemy ? I don’t think Jesus would like hearing you talk about it this way ! Ntz ntz ntz …

Maia, you poor creature, i pity the people that have to live around your single-minded person

  10. Ale @ October 20, 2008 at 11:55 am

Loving this, guys! People need to get off their PMS high horses. It’s humor. Eesh

So, keep up the lolz! :D

  11. theTudor @ October 20, 2008 at 11:59 am

Maybe bullying the ones w/ critical views is not the best of ideas, we love the pats on the back, but the criticism is also useful for us.
    .
I should answer Maia for real: the choice of subject can be anything, and you can keep at it for as long as you wish. But it is the duty of the writers to do well within those confines.I say choice of subject shouldn’t matter
    .
Thus having a few favorite subjects is really ok.

    Oh you guys! :D

  13. miChou @ October 20, 2008 at 10:42 pm

These birds used to think about the grim future of humanity, not pity their lost (or never got) glory.
    You got tired guys? :P

    PS: Saluti di Venice :D

    I’m sad…
I used to hate Mondays less just ’cause they would bring me a new Pidjin episode, but now… Monday is again the worst day of the week…
this cartoon has ran out of spark… it’s not the same cartoon that made me feel all joyful inside when I first discovered it…
I’ve been reading the comments and I can see I’m not the only one that thinks this way… maybe it should make you E&T wonder…
I must admit the second line is good, but I was used to reading BRILLIANT lines, so the good ones just don’t satisfy me anymore…
I wrote this long comment in hope that things will go back to being great and Fredo&Pidjin to be again my dose of Monday happiness…

True… you could have come up with a better Jesus joke! :D

  16. vitezaucide @ October 21, 2008 at 9:08 am

Jesus was mean :D .That`s funny.I didn`t knew he had it in him.

  17. walter kovacs @ October 21, 2008 at 3:36 pm

    hehehehehe….good one.
you can also try a Noah’s ark joke next time you’re in the mood for religion.

  18. George @ October 21, 2008 at 3:49 pm

    Brilliant!

Didn’t imagined a simple Jesus joke will irk people.
At least, it’s not as bad reaction as it would have been with one about prophet Mohammed ;-)

  19. LOL @ October 21, 2008 at 9:26 pm

    :) ) cool

  20. Eugen Erhan @ October 21, 2008 at 10:24 pm

Episodes with religious context seem to get the most contradictory feedback. And the lowest number of stars, which makes me think that some readers feel they are going straight to hell for laughing, so they compensate by giving the episode a low rating :D You can’t trick God, guys!
    .
    @Mag: thanks for the tip
    .
@walter: we’ve done that months ago, episode got cited by derSpiegel’s blog
    .
@doomy: thanks for the elaborated comment. We can’t say how our next episodes will be, though. In these 3 years, we never knew where the next weekend will take the story. Sometimes we end up in amazing places, sometimes in places only few people like. The only promise we can make is that we’ll always go somewhere that *we* like.

if everybody likes your comic than there’s something wrong. the fact that some people are not satisfied anymore is a good sign of E&T doing it better, doing what THEY like. and that’s what I like…

  22. evergreen @ October 22, 2008 at 1:16 pm

    :) )))) poor Jesus

  23. mega @ October 22, 2008 at 4:44 pm

    purple cup?!

  24. vrl13 @ October 23, 2008 at 1:14 pm

To all of you playing FirstPearsonShooter games, did any of you knew that if you shroud yourself in a white cloth inside a rock-sealed cave automatically turns god-mode on?
it’s the oldest cheat ever, think i read it somewhere in an old book….

  25. Alex @ October 25, 2008 at 10:23 pm

LOL! And what was the weapon of choice in the book?:P

  26. Maia @ October 27, 2008 at 10:53 am

Oh I wasn’t trying to bully you through criticism. I just had higher expectations from you since you used to crack me up. I laugh hard at blasphemy jokes if they’re funny, yours however are becoming obsessive. And may I remind you that you already had a “favorite” topic, which was “ending the world”? Sorry if I sound harsh, I just miss your old humour.
