And we’re back from our ski trip in Austria, a lovely country made entirely of highways, ski slopes and beer – or at least that’s what we saw. Loved it.

As we used to do 4 years ago, we’ve added a bonus frame, but this time it’s hidden. Can you find it? Hint: it’s a bit of a cheat.

    • PIDJIN.NET @ January 18, 2010 at 10:47 am

ah, the weakness in our system has been exposed!!! Well, to keep the game rolling we’re gonna keep changing the image’s URL, so you guys can’t guess it anymore :) )

because there’s another way to find this precious bonus frame :)

  4. PIDJIN.NET @ January 18, 2010 at 10:44 am

OK GUYS, NEW RULE: you cannot post the link to the image. But you can post the method to find it.

Note: we’ll keep changing the image’s URL throughout the day, so just guessing the filename won’t work (anymore).
(btw, congrats to Mihai and Ethel)

    PLAY!

  5. Serban Constantin @ January 18, 2010 at 10:51 am

Firebug FTW! :D Also, morning exercises are good to get up the mountain: up, up, down, down…

  6. Ethel Wise @ January 18, 2010 at 10:52 am

So, if I look on the source of the page, I see the URLs of the visible panels ,,, an older experience with the “Let My Pid’Jin Go” episode will tell me there’s a big chance to find the missing panel near the other ones …

    • PIDJIN.NET @ January 18, 2010 at 11:05 am

we did foresee that trick… mysteriously we forgot to change the secret image’s filename to something unpredictable, but we’ll fix that in a matter of minutes.

  25. craig @ January 18, 2010 at 2:27 pm

reading the source code was just to easy. But I would have got it otherwise besides reading the comments. pity you can’t put the code somewhere else.

    • Serban Constantin @ January 19, 2010 at 3:23 am

Well, you can actually obfuscate the code with a little work but in the end if someone’s determined enough he can still figure it out.

  26. Felix Oghină @ January 18, 2010 at 3:43 pm

up up down down left right left right b a
    :)

  27. ovisebdan @ January 18, 2010 at 4:16 pm

    Nice.
Finding the hidden frame was easy.

  28. Fantter @ January 18, 2010 at 5:05 pm

hey guys, can anybody tell me how to find it out? : / bit of a noob on computers heh, i found out about the konami code but where do i type it in? sorry for my noobness :(

    • Ethel Wise @ January 18, 2010 at 8:16 pm

Press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A and the missing frame will appear after his first four ‘siblings’ ..

  29. Facebook User @ January 18, 2010 at 5:21 pm

Just don’t enter it while inside a text field.
    Anywhere else is fine.

  30. StalKer @ January 18, 2010 at 7:24 pm

    cheats are win :D

  31. Ethel Wise @ January 18, 2010 at 8:52 pm

    • Serban Constantin @ January 18, 2010 at 9:33 pm

      • Vlad @ January 18, 2010 at 11:28 pm

  33. Fantter @ January 18, 2010 at 10:38 pm

but where do i type the code? : /

    • Ethel Wise @ January 19, 2010 at 12:40 pm

Directly on the page … Check if you have the same problem like Vlad .. Best, watch Serban’s video http://screenr.com/9l1

  34. Facebook User @ January 18, 2010 at 11:07 pm

meh… not as funny as expected to be honest…

  35. Krissy @ January 19, 2010 at 3:01 am

okay, i get that the code is up up down down left right left right b a, but how do you find it? i mean, where is it in the source code?

i’d like to be able to find it myself rather than searching through the comments.

  36. Serban Constantin @ January 19, 2010 at 3:27 am

You can see how to find the secret in the source code at http://screenr.com/9l1

  37. george @ January 19, 2010 at 11:44 am

    :) ) very funny

  38. Dave @ January 19, 2010 at 12:05 pm

I’m using IE in Win7 and am getting nothing when using the revealed code, no matter where I point the mouse when I type it. Assuming the Up,down, left, etc. are the keyboard arrows and not for some actual arcade controller plugged in? Is some setting preventing it from working? Is there a real link to use instead?

    • ME @ January 19, 2010 at 12:10 pm

the birds did not want you to find it, go figure…

    • Ethel Wise @ January 19, 2010 at 2:46 pm

No links are aloud here :P but you can find it in the konami function code, if you read the page source

    • Serban Constantin @ January 20, 2010 at 2:38 am

Seems the code isn’t working in Internet Explorer 8; it has some problems parsing the javascript but I can’t say that that is unexpected.

  39. WeNDoR @ January 19, 2010 at 3:13 pm

    Contra FTW !

  40. Alexandru Dy @ January 19, 2010 at 10:47 pm
