Face Off

Pid'Jin throws a snowball at Fredo.

Pid'Jin throws another snowball at Fredo, while Fredo is building up a huge snowball.

Fredo has thrown his huge snowball, but with it he also threw a windshiled wiper, right into Pid'Jin's eye.

  6. Alex Brie @ December 17, 2007 at 10:41 am

Excellent. Probably the best comic strip you have here. Perfect building of the plot…
well.. a bit of blood split in the 3rd panel would have made the message even spicier, but nevertheless it’s great as it is.

  7. cosmin @ December 17, 2007 at 10:53 am

who gave aprooval to the romanians build cars??? ouh,,, yeah,,, the french,,, nice strip, cool snowing efect, mabe you could make it better by making it different in each slide.

  8. Cristina @ December 17, 2007 at 11:34 am

    bravo!

  9. Eugen Erhan @ December 17, 2007 at 11:56 am

    wow, thx guys!

actually we were gonna do a totally different episode, but after hours and hours of thinking it over it just wasn’t feeling ready, we were all panic stricken (i was).

Then we all went out to meet some people and this snowfight started and so came the idea for this episode. It took maybe 7 minutes to plot.

So, ummmm, real glad you’re enjoying it! Best 7 minutes of work! (ok, plus 3 hours to draw those damn snowy things)

  10. Dezastrofalul @ December 17, 2007 at 12:29 pm

@adi: yaaaay, glad to see you around here :)

  15. tsk @ December 17, 2007 at 3:16 pm

Great suggestion about snowball fights in crowded Bucharest.

I hope this isn’t based on a true story, otherwise someone’s missing a window wiper.

    Anyway, this IS GREAT!
Thanks for kick-starting my Monday morning.

  16. Garidu @ December 17, 2007 at 3:18 pm

    Funniest ever =))

  17. Io1 @ December 17, 2007 at 4:10 pm

What the fuck is so fucking funny, amazing, brilliant…… the funniest so far…give me a brake…. i love their comic but this didn`t made me smile. is there an inside joke that i don`t get it? I assume you give comments just to put your link from you retardet blog.

  18. beak stapler @ December 17, 2007 at 4:48 pm

funny how one of the weakest episodes ever (no offense guys, but u had sooo many memorable ones)ends up being catalogued as “omg! omg! i’ll have what she’s had!” funny, super, ultra, mega, wooow brilliant and so forth. sometimes i really think this is some people’s level…spoken humour pails in front of situation humour…some people prefer benny hill to eddie izzard, let them be l01, i subscribe to your opinion but hey, vox populi vox dei…live and let live! too bad that they’re multiplying as well…

  19. fry @ December 17, 2007 at 5:02 pm

guys, maybe next time you’ll pay more attention to the continuity details, because now the cars are acting quite hectic, appearing and disappearing from a frame to another…

and, as always, I have a better title proposal: “Wiped Out” :)

  20. Eugen Erhan @ December 17, 2007 at 6:10 pm

    oh God i LOVE controversy.

How about this one, guys: first 100% mute episode! Well?

@ Fry: totally right man, but at the time I had my head soaked in Laphroaig from the Adobe party … Good thing you didn’t notice the shadow missing from under the car in panel#1 :D (to be fixed ofc)

  21. fry @ December 17, 2007 at 6:13 pm

no, but I have noticed that the snow Fredo used for his monster snowball in the 2nd frame has mysteriously returned to the car’s hood in the 3rd frame… :)

  22. Eugen Erhan @ December 17, 2007 at 6:18 pm

    someone pls murder fry ktxbye

  23. Meme @ December 17, 2007 at 6:31 pm

this looks so fucking happytreefriendish but with no blood.

    Funneah as always

  24. fry @ December 17, 2007 at 6:38 pm

this episode looks more and more like those “find the differences between these two almost identical pictures” puzzles

  25. Eugen @ December 17, 2007 at 10:32 pm

speaking of games, let’s play “kill fry” everybody!

  26. fry @ December 17, 2007 at 11:31 pm

or we could play a better one, called “keep Eugen as far away from booz as possible before drawing a Pidjins episode” :)

  27. Eugen @ December 17, 2007 at 11:58 pm

now that would just decrease everyone’s level of entertainment.

    let’s play “kill fry”!

  28. fry @ December 18, 2007 at 1:56 am

if by “everyone” you refer to yourself, I fully agree, so no booz for you, you bad man, come back one year! :)

  29. Domnul Doizece @ December 18, 2007 at 12:50 pm

    i bow down!
that’s an example of E&T’s “next level kung-fu”.

    Trully magnificent! :)

  30. Adriana @ December 18, 2007 at 1:32 pm

@Tudor: if my boss had got sick for reading pidjins that would have been an extra bonus for me (and a reason to spam pidjins links each week). Sadly this isn’t possible as it requires more English proficiency than he’ll ever posess. He simply didn’t show up on Monday, dead drunk or whatever, yay.
@Eugen: me iz checking ze pidjins every so often, just iz not az opinionated as ze ozers. (even got me into reading a few of the blogs you’re linking, ho hummmmmm)
