The global warming part is simply priceless.
-
Good. “Warm” one
-
Oh My God!!! This is the best one in the last 6 months or so, both from an irony point of view and a technical point of view. The ‘damn bird’ part is hilarious
Good one. -
NASA is taking notes right now: “Brilliant! How the hell did we not think about this before?! Outsmarted by two pidgeons! @#%&$! ”
-
Bwhahaha.
Just enough to end global warming. -
nice. just nice
-
You trying to win some elections? ‘Coz ending the global warming would surely win you a couple of votes
-
idea taken from the Frisky Dingo tv show…
-
@vlad: seriously, dude, we’ve never even heard of this one. Can you describe it pls?
-
Love the title. But hey, be careful now, I thought you want to destroy the world, not make it a better place.
Anyhow, I’m sorry I didn’t met you guys at Blog’nroll last night, I was too busy procrastinating over a deadline
-
haha, nice one!
-

i’m not saying it couldn’t be a coincidence, but i haven’t seen the idea anywhere else.
-
damn bird…
) -
@vlad: it is a coincidence. We’ve seen it happen a lot. Look, I’ll give you an example:
.
This TV show is about some evil character who wants to end the world – sound familiar? Guess what, this TV show started over 1 year after Fredo&Pid’Jin, according to your link. Do we think they stole our idea? Nope. Coincidence. It just happens. -
porumbeii astia vor salva lumea pana la urma
))) -
Pls only comment in English guys.
-
Remember futurama “Crimes of the hot”
-
) This one is sooooooooo funny. One of your best…seriously. -
“a pigeon got stuck*”
-
hah, if we ever escape the home made catastrophes, then only by such a coincidence \o/
-
Super tare!
Save the world! -
I don’t know if you believe me, but when i was little I was thinking of something like a super jet engine could move the earth if if would be in danger to be hit by a meteorite. But the think with global warming i think it’s pretty original. Nice idea guys!
-
Good one! I would expect next one about “out of resources theme” – another “major” humanity thought.
-
dude, you stole the idea from Frisky Dingo, din’t you. anyway.. nice comic
-
@io: no, we did not, pls read above comments for clarification.
-
frisky dingo aired this idea on August 26, 2007, your commic is from Nov 03, 2008. Here’s the wikipedia link:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Frisky_Dingo_episodes#Season_2:_2007.E2.80.932008…so maybe you didn’t steal the idea, but you did come up with it after them, not before, as you implied in your post.

I think they’ve been referring to the fact that in Frisky Dingo, Killface builds a giant rocket (The Annihilatrix), though he plans to move the earth INTO the sun. It malfunctions & moves the Earth three feet away from the Sun and ending global warming (Killface then uses to publicity to run for President of the United States).
Even though it’s a coincidence, it’s still an awesome comic.
